The villa accommodates 12-14 people. It is a beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned house. It has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, and also a fully screened pool and spa with garden and lake view.
The formal lounge area
has comfortable seating and the adjacent dining room
with feature window seat has large table and chairs.
The family
room has ample seating with a luxurious leather sofa, a
large screen cable TV, video player and DVD player, stereo.
You will also find a variety of videos, DVD's, CDs books,
puzzles and games for your entertainment pleasure. Just off
the family room is located the utility room which has a
large washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing
board and a vacuum cleaner. All linens and towels are
provided for your use.
Adjacent is the half bathroom with toilet and vanity, also the newly appointed games room. The games room hosts an 8ft Eliminator pool table, extreme air hockey, table soccer and a dart board.
The family
room overlooks the 30ft x 14ft pool and hot tub surrounded
by an extended deck area and extended lanai with ceiling
fans. Gas BBQ for alfresco dining with deck tables and
chairs, removable child safety gate and sun loungers.
This home
has a fully equipped kitchen with center island with a
refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, range cooker, microwave,
toaster, blender, electric kettle, cafeteria, dishwasher,
cookware and utensils as well as ample crockery, cutlery
and glassware. The adjacent
breakfast area has breakfast table and chairs.
On the
ground floor is the first of the four master
suites with ceiling fan, TV, DVD, with King size four
post bed and large walk in closet.
On the
upper floor you will find the second and the third
master suites both with king beds both with ceiling
fansTV, DVD and Video, both en suite bathrooms feature bath / shower, vanity
and toilet.
The
fourth master suite features a Queen bed with Ceiling fan, TV, DVD, the ensuite bathroom with bath / shower, vanity
and toilet.
The
first of the two twin bedrooms has a boat theme. Twin
beds, chest of drawers, TV and DVD player and a large
closet plus a ceiling fan. This second twin room contains the same as the
boat room. The two twin bedrooms
share the 5th bathroom with bath / shower, vanity
and toilet.
